Industrial work lamp

This beautiful work lamp was made in the 1950s in West Germany. It was designed for the large, heavy drawing tables of that time. These tables were made by the Dutch Ahrend and the German Kuhlmann.

The light can be adjusted to the desired position through its telescope arm, on a ball-turning lampshade and the two knee hinges with tension screws.

This lamp is mainly made of aluminum with metal screws. The old base is made of heavy cast iron and originally comes from another table lamp. To mount the lamp on this base, we rotated a stainless steel shaft so that it can stand firmly and beautifully.

After 60 years of loyal service, it has some signs of wear, but these are not disturbing.
The light switch on the lampshade sometimes malfunctions.
We are going to try to solve this.
